Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that Mr. Praveen Chauhan (Ex- Chief Operating Officer) has retired from the services of the company from close of business hours on 30[th] June 2024. However, the Company was in discussion with Mr. Praveen to finalise his future role in the Company. Post discussion, it was finalised that Mr. Praveen will continue to be associated with us as Head of Corporate Strategy in a consultancy role.
