4.	Brief Profile	Mr. Raghuraman aged about 42 years, has an overall 20+ years of experience. Prior to Joining us, he has worked with Enphase, Ford, Sanmar Foundries. He has been responsible for supplier assessment, supplier quality responsibilities that include APQP, PPAP, continuous improvement, problem solving, warranty, field recalls etc. He has created the engine supplier ecosystem for Ford India, Thailand and South Africa that includes study of customer expectations and assessment of supply base strengths to deliver them. He has extensively developed suppliers in India and abroad involving greenfield, brownfields, Tier 1 and Sub-tier companies. Kalyani, Avtec, Magna, Magaltech, Thai summit, Metaldyne, AAM, TVS group and Anand group companies are few big players and many smaller players in castings, forging, heat treat, coating, plastics etc. Handled vendors across South India and also identified lot of suppliers in Belgaum. Mr. Raghuraman has done B.E. in Metallurgy and Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
