In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ KMP’s/ Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading from 1st July, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2021.

The date of the Board Meeting for considering the said Financial Results shall be intimated in due course separately.
