Kantilal Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, (ICAI-Firm Registration no. 104744W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years from the conclusion of ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 44th AGM, subject to approval of the members of the Company.

Chartered Accountants, which ends on the 39th Annual General
Meeting.
Date of Appointment and Term The appointment of M/s. Kantilal Patel & Co., Chartered
of Re-Appointment Accountants, (ICAI Firm Registration no. 104744W), as Statutory
Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years
from the conclusion of ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting, till

Accountants, registered with the Institute of Chartered

104744W. The Firm was established on 2nd April, 1964 and is a
partnership firm. It has its office at 2nd Floor, Paritosh, Riverfront,
Usmanpura, Ahmedabad. The Firm has a valid Peer Review
certificate issued by the ICAI. It is primarily engaged in providing
audit and assurance services to its clients, which include
