Sanofi-aventis' Combined General Shareholder Meeting will take place on Friday April 17, 2009 at 3:00 p.m, in Paris, France at Palais des Congrès – 2, place de la Porte Maillot at Paris 17ème.

Meeting announcements published in the February 20, 2009 issue of the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires, includes the agenda, draft resolutions and details regarding attendance and voting rights at the General Meeting. It can be viewed on the Company website.
