Public notice is issued on behalf of my clients (1) MR. MANDAR PRAKASH DIVEKAR, (2) MRS. TANVI MANDAR DIVEKAR and (3) MR. PRAKASH VINAYAK DIVEKAR, in respect of Flat No. 405 of carpet area admeasuring 535 Sq. fts. Builtup area on the 4th Floor, in the building known as Sankalp-I of Sankalp Apartment Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. , Janakalyan Nagar, Near Malad Fire Station, Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai - 400 095 situated at land bearing C. T. S. No. 49, of Village Malwani, Taluka along with 05 fully paid up shares of Borivali, Mumbai Suburban District , Rs. 50/- each having Distinctive Nos. 111 to 115 (both inclusive), under Share Certificate No. 23.

That MR. S. R. SUNDAR was the sole owner of the abovesaid flat and as such owner was the member of the Sankalp Apartment Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., registered under Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, vide Registration No. MUM/WP/HSG/TC/12540/2004-05, Year 2004 dated: 30/06/2004. That MR. S. R. SUNDAR died intestate 19.05.2003 at Mumbai leaving behind his wife MRS. PREETI SUNDAR and son MR. SIDDHESH SUNDAR, as his only legal heirs and representatives as per the personal law by which he was governed. That out of the abovesaid legal heirs MR. If any other person/s or financial institution/s has/have any claim by way of Inheritance, Maintenance, Gift, Mortgage, Lien, Trust, Lis Pendens or in any other manner in respect of the said flat through the said deceased MR.
