SUCCESSFUL CLOSE OF SANLI ENVIRONMENTAL’S 6M SERIES 001 CP

ON ADDX DIGITAL SECURITIES PLATFORM

The Board of Directors (" Board ") of Sanli Environmental Limited (the “ Company ”) refers to the Company’s announcement dated 3 November 2025 in relation to the launch of 6M Series 001 CP (the “ Announcement ”). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined.

The Board is pleased to announce that offering of the 6M Series 001 CP has closed today and the Company has successfully raised S$5 million in gross proceeds from the issuance of the 6M Series 001 CP.

The 6M Series 001 CP will be listed on the ADDX Exchange with effect from 7 November 2025.

Other than as described above, there are no other changes in respect of the 6M Series 001 CP.

The Company will make further announcement(s) as appropriate, if and when there are material developments in respect of the issuance of the 6M Series 001 CP by the Company which warrant disclosure.
