Change in number of shares and votes in Saniona AB

During the month of July, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona AB ("Saniona") has increased due to conversion of outstanding convertibles issued by Saniona to Fenja Capital II A/S on 15 February 2024. As of 31 July 2025, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona amounts to 138,030,134.
