SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has after close of Oslo Stock

Exchange on November 26th 2010 acquired 714.509

equity certificates in Sandnes Sparebank (SADG) at

NOK 97,- per certificate. After this acquisition

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank owns 10,06 per cent of the

outstanding equity certificates in Sandnes Sparebank.
