Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, this is to inform, that the Promoters of the M/s Sandhar Technologies Limited (Company), Shri Dharmendar Nath Davar and Shri Jayant Davar have vide disclosures dated 08[th] December, 2023, informed the inter-se transfer of 8,39,582 (Eight Lakh Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Two) equity shares, being 1.39% of the paid up share capital of Company , from Shri Dharmendar Nath Davar to Shri Jayant Davar.

Further, the aggregate holding of Promoter(s) Group before and after the above inter-se transaction remains the same

The aforesaid transfer, does not impact the management and control of the Company.
