Dear Sir/i'vladam,
With reference to the above, we would like to bring this into your kind notice that we gave a disclosure under Regulation 7(2) (b) of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 dated 261h May, 2021 regarding acquisition of shares by Mr. Jay ant Davar, Promoter- Director of the Company . He acquired 1,000 shares of the Company, but im1dvertently, 1044 shares were mentioned instead of 1000 shares, in the intimation le tter.
Further, Mr. Jayant Davm, Promoter- Director of the Company, acquired Equity shares in the Company from market on 26.05.2021 till 01.06.2021, whi ch was also intimated to NSE and BSE in compliance of Regulation 7(2) (b) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. However, due to the previous incorrect intimation of excess 44 shares to NSE and BSE as mentioned above, the series of shares held Prior to Acquisition and Post acquisition shows mismatch and are higher by 44 shares.
Kindly take note of the above and rectify the series as below:
