Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform that Company has made an investment of EURO 9,15,000 (Euro Nine Lakhs Fifteen Thousand only) in Sandhar Technologies Barcelona S.L. (overseas wholly owned subsidiary) by way of right issue.
