Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform that Mr. Venkataraman Srinivasan, Chief Operating Officer – Cabins & Fabrication Division, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), has tendered his resignation vide letter dated October 27, 2025.

Mr. Srinivasan has requested the Company to relieve him from his duties at the earliest. Accordingly, the Company has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.

The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Srinivasan during his tenure and wishes him the very best in his future endeavors.

The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with clause 7C of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 enclosed herewith as Annexure-A .

A copy of the said resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B .
