Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015], we would like to inform that Mr. Narender Kumar Dogra, who is part of Senior Management Personnel of the Company is relieved from the services w.e.f. close of Business hours of 31[st] August, 2025, consequent to his superannuation.

Subsequent to his superannuation, Mr. Narender Kumar Dogra, will continue his association with the Company in the capacity of an Advisor . Consequently, he will no longer be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company.

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, we are hereby enclosing the required disclosures as Annexure-I.
