• ii. Consider recommendation of the Final Dividend, if any.

Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 28[th] March, 2024 in compliance with the provisions of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, for all the Designated Persons and other Connected Persons shall remain closed from Monday, 01[st] April, 2024 till 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public.
