Over the past 30 years, Shri Dharmendar Nath Davar has led a numerous key leadership positions and has demonstrated exemplary qualities of vision, integrity, and resilience. His strategic guidance has steered the Company through both calm waters and stormy seas, always with a steady hand and an unwavering commitment to the Company’s success. Under his leadership, Company has achieved remarkable milestones and overcome significant challenges. The Company will always be thankful for his guidance, wisdom and foresight.

The relevant details as per the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 are given in Annexure-A .
