Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, we wish to inform that Mr. Mohan Lal Bhagat (DIN: 00699750), has resigned from the post of Independent Director with effect from 10[th] November 2022, being the date of acceptance by the Chairman and the Board.

Further, Mr. Mohan Lal Bhagat (DIN: 00699750) that he is resigning due to his busy schedule and travel plans, and there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those provided in the resignation letter dated 01[st] November 2022, which was received by the Company through email on 10[th] November 2022.
