We regret to inform the sudden demise of Mr. Ravinder Nagpal (DIN: 00102970), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on Sunday, 02[nd] May, 2021. Mr. Ravinder Nagpal was associated with the Company for more than decades and was instrumental in the growth of the Company. During his tenure as Director, the Company has achieved major milestones and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership. Sudden and unexpected demise of Mr. Ravinder Nagpal will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the directors, management and employees of the Company express their condolences
