2) Appointment of Ms. Subhi Gupta (ICSI Membership No: 44467) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Interim) of the Company w.e.f. 11[th] May, 2020.
The details required under Regulation 30 the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09[th] September, 2015 is given in Annexure I.

Narender Kumar Dogra is the Assistant Vice President – Accounts and Finance of our Company. He holds a bachelors’ degree in arts from the Himachal Pradesh University, and a masters’ degree in business administration from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education University, Rajasthan. He joined our Company on December 1, 1992. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Delhi Strong Pack Private Limited. He has 31 years of work experience in the area of accounting and taxation. He is currently responsible for the Finance, Accounts and taxation activities of our Company. |
Subhi Guptais a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ACS 44467) and LLB from CSJM University, Kanpur (UP). She is having 5 years of post-qualification experience in core areas of Secretarial, Legal and Regulatory Affairs (Secretarial and Legal matters). |
