APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Sandfire Resources Ltd ( Sandfire ) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Victoria Twiss has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, in addition to her continuing in the role of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

Ms Twiss will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
