CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Sandfire Resources Limited ( Sandfire or the Company ) advises that Victoria Twiss has resigned as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, and is pleased to announce that Gemma Tually has been appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, replacing Ms Twiss with effect from 1 November 2024.

Gemma Tually currently serves as Sandfire’s Head of Legal and Compliance. She brings over 20 years of legal expertise, having held senior positions in both industry and private practice, and is an experienced Company Secretary.

Pippa Prior has also been appointed Joint Company Secretary with effect from 19 September 2024. Pippa has extensive experience with both listed and not-for-profit entities. She holds an accreditation as a Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

The Board extends its congratulations to both Gemma and Pippa, and its sincere thanks to Victoria for her exceptional contribution to Sandfire over more than 12 years. The Board is delighted Victoria will continue to work with Sandfire on an ongoing casual basis as she commences a Master’s Degree next year.
