Sandfire Resources Ltd ( Sandfire or the Company ) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on:
Date: Wednesday, 29 November 2023 Time: 1:00pm (AWST)
The closing date for the receipt of director nominations is Wednesday, 11 October 2023.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sandfire.com.au.
