Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), as amended, we hereby inform that Mr. Hardik Patel (Membership Number: A55828) has resigned from the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (‘Key Managerial Personnel’) of the Company, vide his resignation letter dated April 19, 2025, with effect from May 21, 2025 (after the closure of business hours), due to his personal reasons. Further, Mr. Hardik Patel shall cease to be the KMP under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange related to the materiality of any event or transaction effective from May 21, 2025 (after the closure of business hours). Furthermore, he has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for the resignation other than those provided in his resignation letter. The Company will complete the necessary formalities related to his resignation in due course of time.

The details required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are annexed herewith and marked as Annexure A . A copy of the Resignation Letter giving detailed reasons of his resignation is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure B .
