Blocklisting Application 

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 800,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

On exercise these New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 30 May 2017.
