Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 9 July 2018 it purchased 83,056 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 107 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company now has 20,791,418 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 83,056 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.

Andy Whelan, CEO of the Company, said:

"We have taken the opportunity to purchase some of GLI's ZDPs as we see considerable value at the current share price and believe this is an effective use of our capital given the inherent yield to maturity."
