Result of Annual General Meeting

Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited(the "Company"), a specialist lender to small and medium sized enterprises, today announces that at its Annual General Meeting which took place today at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, all resolutions were duly passed.

Among the resolutions passed, was the proposed change of name from Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited to GLI Finance Limited to better reflect a more broadly based finance business in increasingly diverse geographic locations, and the increasing internalisation of the management of the Company.
