Change of External Auditor and Registrar

The Company announces that Deloitte LLP has replaced Grant Thornton Limited ("GT") as external auditor of the Company, with immediate effect. The replacement follows a review by the Directors of the Company's external audit arrangements and, due to the length of tenure of GT, the decision was taken to put the contract out to tender.

The Company also wishes to announce that Capita Registrars replaced Equiniti Investment Solutions as the Company's registrar.
