We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th May, 2026, inter alia,

1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026;
2. Any other business with permission of Chair, if any.

Further, in continuation to our intimation dated March 30, 2026 we would like to inform that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has already been closed from April 01, 2026, and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the communication of the aforesaid financial results to the Stock Exchange.
