announced that its Board of Directors has authorized donations to the following foundations and

educational organization.

1.   KRW 11.5 billion to Samsung Welfare Foundation

2.   KRW 29.9 billion to Samsung Life Public Welfare Foundation

3.   KRW 15.0 billion to Sungkyunkwan University

The amounts listed above will be paid within 2021.
