DISCLOSABLE TRANSACTION

ALLOTMENT RESULTS OF

APPLICATION FOR SHARES IN NAYUKI HOLDINGS LIMITED UNDER HONG KONG PUBLIC OFFERING

Reference is made to the announcement of Eternity Investment Limited dated 22 June 2021 (the "Announcement") relating to the Application for a maximum of 3,000,000 shares in Nayuki under the Hong Kong Public Offering with an application money of HK$59,999,000. Capitalised terms used in this Announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board announces that the Application was accepted in part, and Eternity Finance has been allocated 19,000 shares in Nayuki at the final Offer Price of HK$19.80 per share in Nayuki. The total application money paid for the allocated 19,000 shares of Nayuki is HK$380,000. The remaining application money of HK$59,619,000 will be refunded to Eternity Finance without interest.
