1.	On 13/03/2013, the Company proposed to issue not less than 152,224,414 and not more than 152,432,572 new ordinary shares of the Company to the qualifying shareholders by way of an open offer at a price of HK$1.20 per new ordinary share on the basis of one new ordinary share for two existing ordinary shares held on 05/04/2013.
	On 13/03/2013, the Company, Twin Success International Limited, and Kingston Securities Limited as underwriter entered into the underwriting agreement in relation to the underwriting arrangement in respect of the open offer.
	The open offer is conditional upon the fulfillment of the conditions set out in the underwriting agreement. Please refer to the Company's announcement dated 13/03/2013 for details.
	On 26/04/2013, the Company issued 152,224,414 new ordinary shares at a price of HK$1.20 per new ordinary share. Please refer to Company's announcement dated 25/04/2013 for further details
