CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2021

Reference is made to the interim results announcement of Eternity Investment Limited (the "Company") for the six months ended 30 June 2021 dated 27 August 2021 (the "2021 Interim Results Announcement"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the 2021 Interim Results Announcement.

The Company wishes to clarify that there is an inadvertent error contained in the second paragraph of page 37 of both the English and Chinese versions of the 2021 Interim Results Announcement, and such paragraph should be amended and replaced (with the change underlined for easy reference) as follows:

"As the Group started to receive sales orders from European and American customers in June 2021, the directors expect the performance of the Group's sales of jewelry business will improve in the second half of 2021."

Save as disclosed above, all other information and contents set out in both the English and Chinese versions of the 2021 Interim Results Announcement remain unchanged.
