FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

As additional time is required to finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, it is expected that the despatch date of the Circular will be further postponed to a date falling on or before 30 June 2017.

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 14.36A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

References are made to (a) the announcement of Eternity Investment Limited (the "Company") dated 13 April 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the Acquisition; and (b) the announcements of the Company dated 26 May 2017 and 9 June 2017 (the "Delay Announcements") in relation to the delay and further delay in despatch of the Circular (as defined below). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless stated otherwise.

As stated in the Delay Announcements, the circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, further details in respect of the Acquisition, together with a notice convening the SGM and a form of proxy is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 23 June 2017.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, it is expected that the despatch date of the Circular will be further postponed to a date falling on or before 30 June 2017.
