CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND ADOPTION OF CHINESE NAME

The Board announces that with effect from 30 May, 2002, the Company has changed its name from "Ocean Shores Group Limited" to "Riche Multi-Media Holdings Limited" ("Change of Name") and that on 10 June, 2002, the adoption of "豊采多媒體集團有限公司" as the Chinese name of the Company for the purpose of the Company's registration in Hong Kong ("Adoption of Chinese Name") has become effective. Trading of Shares on the Stock Exchange under the new name will take effect from 20 June, 2002.

Change of Name and Adoption of Chinese Name

The board of directors of the Company ("Board") is pleased to announce that at the special general meeting of the Company held on 27 May, 2002, all resolutions, including the special resolutions relating to the Change of Name and the Adoption of Chinese Name were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders"). The certificate of incorporation on change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 31 May, 2002 evidencing the Change of Name with effect from 30 May, 2002. The Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Oversea Company by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong was issued on 10 June, 2002 and that the Adoption of Chinese Name has also become effective on the same day.

Trading Arrangements

The shares of the Company ("Shares") will be traded under the new name of "Riche Multi-Media Holdings Limited" on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") with effect from 20 June, 2002. A new English stock short name "Riche Multi-Media" and a new Chinese stock short name "豊采多媒體" to be used in the trading system of the Stock Exchange will be adopted both on 20 June 2002. The Change of Name and the Adoption of Chinese Name will not have any effect on the rights

of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to the Shares and be valid for trading and settlement purposes. Accordingly, there is no arrangement for free exchange of share certificates of the Company following the Change of Name and the Adoption of Chinese Name.
