The revised English stock short name "RICHE M-MEDIA" and the Chinese stock short name "豊采多媒體" will be adopted on 20 June, 2002 for the trading of Shares on the Stock Exchange. Dealings in the warrants of the Company will commence on 20 June, 2002 under the English stock short name "RICHE W0506" and Chinese stock short name "豊采零五零六".

STOCK SHORT NAMES FOR SHARES AND WARRANTS

Further to the announcement of the Company dated 11 June, 2002 ("Announcement") the board of directors of the Company announces that the proposed new English stock short name for the shares of the Company ("Shares") will be amended to "RICHE M-MEDIA" instead of "Riche Multi-Media" as stated in the Announcement.

The revised English stock short name "RICHE M-MEDIA" and the Chinese stock short name "豊采多媒體" will be adopted on 20 June, 2002 for the trading of Shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Dealings in the warrants of the Company (as announcement by the Company on 29 April, 2002) will commence on 20 June, 2002 and under stock code "1115" and under the English stock short name "RICHE W0506" and Chinese stock short name "豊采零五零六".
