OCEAN SHORES<0764> - Amendment to Results Announcement Further to the release of final results announcement of Ocean Shores Group Limited (the "Company") released on Teletext today (16/5/2000), the Company subsequently notified the Exchange that the remark 3 Earnings per share should read as the follows:- "(3) Earnings per share The calculation of basic earnings per share is based on the proforma combined profit attributable to shareholders of HK$33,602,000 (1998: HK$23,880,000) and the 112,500,000 ordinary shares deemed to be in issue throughout the year ended 31st December 1999 and 1998 respectively on the assumption that the group reconstruction set out in note 1 had been completed on 1st January 1998. Diluted earnings per share for the year ended 31st December 1999 and 1998 respectively was the same as basic earnings per share because there were no dilutive potential ordinary share."
