EXTENSION OF THE COMPLETION DATE OF THE PLACING

KINGSTON SECURITIES

On 4 February 2016 (after trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the Company and the Placing Agent entered into the Letter Agreement pursuant to which the parties mutually agreed that completion of the Placing will take place on or before 18 February 2016 or such later date to be agreed between the Company and the Placing Agent. Save for the extension of the completion date of the Placing, all the terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Reference is made to the announcement of Eternity Investment Limited (the "Company") dated 27 January 2016 in relation to the placing of up to 536,000,000 new ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the share capital of the Company at an issue price of HK$0.125 per ordinary share under general mandate (the "Announcement"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.
