RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Eternity Investment Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Chan Kin Wah Billy ("Mr. Chan") has resigned as an executive Director with effect from 10 July 2023 in order to devote more time to his personal commitments. Mr. Chan will remain as the company secretary of the Company.

Mr. Chan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in respect of his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

Upon his resignation, Mr. Chan ceased to be the chairman of the finance committee of the Board. The Board further announces that with effect from 10 July 2023, Mr. Cheung Kwok Wai Elton, an executive Director, has been appointed as the chairman of the finance committee of the Board to take the place of Mr. Chan.
