The cancellation of Sampo A shares entered in the Trade Register

SAMPO PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22 December 2017 9:20 am THE CANCELLATION OF SAMPO A SHARES ENTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER The cancellation of the 4,648,150 Sampo A shares that the Board of Sampo plc decided on 14 December 2017 has today been entered in the Trade Register. The cancellation reduces the number of Sampo A shares with the corresponding amount but has no effect on the share capital. After the cancellation of the shares the number of Sampo plc's A shares totals 554,151,850. The total number of Sampo plc's shares, including 1,200,000 B shares, equals to 555,351,850 shares. The total number of votes attached to the shares is 560,151,850.
