Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that today i.e. December 31, 2021, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (“the Company”), has issued and allotted 14,650 (Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under IHFL-IBFSL Employees Stock Option – 2008 of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 93,10,92,756 divided into 46,55,46,378 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.
