Book Closure: Notice is also hereby given that pursuant to provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, September 19, 2021 to Saturday, September 25, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company. Voting through Electronic Mode: Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Secretarial Standards - 2 on General Meetings and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form as on the cut-off date i.e. Saturday, September 18, 2021, are offered the facility of exercising their votes by electronic means, on all the resolutions set forth in the notice of the AGM through the remote e-voting as well as e-voting during the AGM, provided by CDSL. The voting rights of members shall be in proportion to the equity shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Saturday, September 18, 2021 (cut-off date). The remote e-voting shall commence on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 (09:00 a.m.) and shall end on Friday, September 24, 2021 (05:00 p.m.). The remote e-voting shall be disabled by CDSL after the said date and time. Once the votes are casted by the Members on the various resolutions by remote e-voting, he/ she will not be allowed to change it subsequently.
