PASSING AWAY OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Sam Woo Construction Group Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces with deepest sorrow that Ms. Leung Lai So, an executive director of the Company has passed away due to health issues on 23 June 2024.

On behalf of the Company, the Board would like to express its deepest sorrow for the passing away of Ms. Leung and convey its sincere condolences to her family. The Board would also like to express its sincere appreciation to Ms. Leung for her valuable contribution to the Company in the past.

After the passing away of Ms. Leung, the current members of Board decreased from nine to eight. Save as disclosed above, there is no change to the composition of the Board and the Board committees.
