This is to inform that
a) We have, vide our above referred letter dated December 13, 2023, notified the stock exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2023 about the allotment of 7,00,000 equity shares made on December 13, 2023, against the conversion of warrants and
b) Following filing, we found a typo error in the Notification. In the first line of the paragraph 2 beneath the tabular column with the allotment details, we erroneously wrote as "2,00,000 Equity Shares" instead of saying "7,00,000 Equity shares.".
Therefore, the number "2,00,000 equity shares" stated in Paragraph 2 needs to be read as "7,00,000 equity shares."
All other contents of our intimation letter dated December 13, 2023 are unchanged except for the above.
