We wish to inform in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 that in view of the lockdown imposed by the Government of Tamil Nadu from May 10, 2021 to May 24,2021 following the recurrence of Covid —19 pandemic furiously and resulting restriction in the movement of our employees and material supplies, the Company has scaled down the production operations across its Units till such time.

In this grave situation, the Company has put in place adequate protocol in all Units ensuring the safeness and well —being of our employees as per the directives from the Government and local authorities.

We are closely monitoring all developments evolving around this pandemic situation, and will keep the exchanges and other stakeholders informed on all further events as required.
