Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Postal Ballot Notice ("Notice") along with the Explanatory Statement, being sent to the members of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members as on Friday, 7[th] June 2024 ("cut-off date") seeking approval of members through postal ballot on the resolutions as set out in the Notice.

In compliance with various circulars issued by MCA, this Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode on 11[th] June 2024, to those Members whose e- mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, 7[th] June 2024. The said Postal Ballot Notice is also made available on the website of the company i.e.salzer@salzergroup.com.

The communication of assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the e-voting system. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Services (lndia) Limited ( NSDL) for providing e-voting facility to all its Members as on the cut-of date i.e. Friday 7[th] June 2024. The e-voting period commences on Thursday, 13[th] June, 2024 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Friday 12[th] July, 2024 at 5.00 p.m.
