CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Corrigendum to the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (“EGM’’)

THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Salzer Electronics Limited (" the Company ") has issued a notice dated November 10, 2022 (" Notice of EGM" ) for convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 07, 2022 at 11.30 A.M (IST) through Video Conferencing ( VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

The Notice of the EGM has been dispatched to the shareholders of the Company on November 14,2022 in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant rules made thereunder.

This corrigendum is being issued to give notice to amend/ provide additional details as mentioned herein and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018

• a. Page No.10 of Notice of EGM - In the fourth line of the Second Para given under Explanatory Statement, “ November 07,2022 ” to be read as “ November 10,2022 ”

• b. Page No.13 of Notice of EGM - In the given details pertaining to Ultimate Beneficial Owners and their Holding % of the equity share capital in the proposed allottee– SRVE Industries Limited (Serial No.2), SRVE Industries – (Beneficiaries/Partners- Rajesh & R. Sumitra) - third line to be read as SRVE Industries – (Beneficiaries/Partners - D Rajesh Kumar and Sumathra)

This Corrigendum to the Notice of the EGM shall form an integral part of the Notice of EGM dated November 10,2022 which has already been circulated to shareholders of Company and on and from the date hereof, the Notice of the EGM shall always be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum. This corrigendum is also being published in the Financial Express and Afternoon (English) and Pirpagam (Tamil) and will also be made available on website of both the stock exchanges i.e. BSE and NSE and on the website of the Company (www.salzergroup.net). . All other contents of the Notice of EGM, save and except as modified or supplemented by the Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.
