JDS Associates, Statutory Auditor of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, which is attached herewith for your records and dissemination to the stakeholders. A copy of the same will be uploaded in the Company's website www.salzergroup.net

Further, Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR Regulations, an extract of the aforesaid financial results in the manner as prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations will be published in English and Tamil newspapers within time stipulated.
