This is to inform in terms of Regulation30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that Salzer has made an investment by acquiring 3,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for a consideration of Rs. 30,000/-, representing a 30% shareholding in, Aurawin Solutions Private Limited.

Aurawin Solutions Private Limited, incorporated on August 05, 2024 and subsidiary of BCITS Private Limited, is engaged in providing services/solutions in the domains of Digital energy management solutions and Smart Grid Solutions. The investment is aligned with the Company’s strategy to expand its footprint in energy management, digital infrastructure solutions and related services.

The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read together with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026
