• Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (" SEBI Listing Regulations ") - Intimation of incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (“ Company ”)

This is in continuation of press release dated May 22, 2025 pertaining to our intimation of securing the order worth Rs.192 Crs from the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Bangaluru for the implementation of an Energy Efficiency Project in Bengaluru, Karnataka in consortium with Schnell Energy Equipments Private Limited (“ Schnell ”), and such implementation through Special purpose vehicle, we would like to inform that both Salzer through its wholly owned subsidiary company – Salzer EV Infr Private Limited and Schnell formed Special Purpose Vehicle by Effilume Private Limited on May 31, 2025.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is attached herewith as Annexure - A.

The aforesaid information is being made available on the Company's website i.e. www.salzergroup.com

Since we received the certificate of incorporation for the aforementioned new company only on May 31, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., and June 1, 2025, being a Sunday was a nonworking day, we are submitting the disclosure today – June 02, 2025.
