This is to inform in pursuance of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 that Dr.Otto Eggimann (DIN: 07791113), Independent Director, has demitted his office following his three years term expired on May 24, 2020, after expressing his desire not to opt for re-appointment on his personal grounds.

Accordingly, Dr.Otto Eggimann ceased to be a Director of the Company upon his three year tenure came to an end on May 24, 2020 and the fact of which will be placed before the Board in its ensuing meeting for its information and record.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A to this letter.
